Shipping policy

Processing time

  • Most orders ship within 2–5 business days.
  • Peak seasons or AOP items may take a bit longer.

Delivery time & coverage

  • Within India: typically 3–7 business days post-dispatch (pin-code dependent).
  • You’ll receive tracking via email/SMS when dispatched.

Multiple parcels

  • Items may ship separately (different facilities). Each parcel gets its own tracking.

Shipping fees

  • Free shipping.

Address changes

Undeliverable/Delivery attempts

  • If a shipment is RTO (returned to origin) due to address issues or missed attempts, we can re-ship (additional shipping fee) or refund minus original shipping + ₹150 handling (if applicable).

International shipping

  • Currently India-only. International coming soon
