Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Eligibility & Timeframe

  • Returns and exchanges accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Item must be unused, unwashed, with tags attached and original packaging; proof of purchase required.

Non-returnable items

  • Custom/Personalized/AOP products (unless defective)
  • Items marked Final Sale
  • Items showing use/damage or missing tags

Return Fee

  • For non-defect returns (change of mind/size), a flat ₹50 handling fee per order is deducted from the refund.
  • If we shipped a defective/damaged/incorrect item, the return is free (no ₹50 fee).

How to start a return or exchange

  1. Email hello@amthrive.shop within 7 days with your order number, item(s), reason, and photos if defective.
  2. We will arrange a door-step pickup via our courier partner. No self-shipping or walk-in drop-offs are accepted.
  3. Pack items securely with tags and original packaging.
  4. After quality check (QC) at our facility, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Exchanges

  • One-time size exchange on eligible items, subject to stock.
  • If the requested size is unavailable, we’ll process a refund.

Exchange processing & delivery timeframes

  • Pickup scheduling: 24–48 business hours after approval.
  • Return transit to our facility: typically 3–6 business days.
  • QC: within 24–48 business hours of receipt.
  • Replacement dispatch: within 2–3 business days after QC.
  • Delivery of replacement: 3–7 business days post-dispatch (pin-code dependent).

Refund method & credit timeframe

  • Refunds go to the original payment method (UPI/Wallet/Cards/NetBanking) or store credit, per your choice.
  • We initiate refunds within 5–7 business days after QC.

Most refunds reflect within 7–14 business days from the pickup date, depending on courier transit and your bank/issuer.

Shipping fees, COD & RTO

  • Original shipping and COD fees (if any) are non-refundable.
  • If a parcel returns to origin due to address issues or missed delivery attempts (RTO), we can re-ship (additional shipping fee) or refund minus original shipping + ₹50 handling (if not our error).

Split shipments

Orders may ship in multiple parcels; returns and refunds are processed item-wise.
